i suddenly had a craving for a burger and had some time on my hands. so i decided to make one. and it is definitely cheaper and if i must say, better than commercial burgers. no preservatives and extenders added to the beef. the best part? including gas and time? total cost for 5 good sized burgers is Php 200. now ain't that a steal? plus you get to control the doneness of the burger which is sadly lacking in most burger joints. the burger was juicy and fresh, with no chemical aftertaste. and the best part? the mozarella cheese that just melted inside the patty and the juice running down my chin....
