One unhurried day, I found an abundance of chillies in the small garden fronting our boarding house. With nothing better to do, since I was cooking lunch anyway, I decided to make use of the bounty and sort of preserve the chillies for future use.After a few minutes spent on hot oil, the green,orange and red babies became golden brown terrors. Perfect on top of sisig..hmmm,maybe I should cook up some..soon
